Floriculture and floristry

Dutch cut flower and pot plant growers are always interested in innovations. Results of research are quickly implemented in existing practices. They are also keen on developments in other countries.
Inversely, foreign scientists, suppliers and growers like study trips to the Dutch experimental stations and floriculture industry. Also the international Horti Fair in Amsterdam is a favourite destination.

Independent commodity studies and consumer research are rare, but of great interest for florists.
